Board Meeting – June 13, 2016
Our next board meeting is Monday night, June 13, at 7pm at our community hall.
This is the last board meeting before our summer break. All league members and neighbours are always welcome to attend, though only board members can vote on any motions put forward.
At Monday’s meeting: we’ll be talking about the recent Pride Festival and start taking a look at the Fringe Festival’s return for summer 2016; consider some portable signage and sporting amenity purchases (for our tennis and basketball courts) for the hall property; consider the rental of a portable toilet for Tubby Bateman Park; and our usual committee reports and updates from our City of Edmonton liaison.
