change to daily email digest

With the recent changes to our website, we changed the email process to bundle them into a weekly digest.  This was good for reducing emails, but meant that the timing wasn’t appropriate for some of the messages.  So from now on emails will be bundled into a daily digest – if there is more than one email on a certain day, they will be bundled and sent together.
