Next board meeting: Monday, October 17
The next board meeting of the Strathcona Centre Community League is coming up Monday night, October 17, at 7pm. Meetings are open to any and all league members and interested neighbours, though only board members may vote on motions.
We’ll be talking a little bit about the Ice on Whyte Festival, poised to return to End of Steel and Strathcona Parks in the new year, the terms of reference of our new Neighbourhood Renewal ad-hoc committee, potentially discuss mailing out our newsletters and hear regular reporting from our committees.
If you’d like to get involved with the league as a committee, or board, volunteer, our AGM is coming up in November. You can see what kind of help we need in the next newsletter (this is the article) and right here as we update things online.
