School board by-election September 28

With the recent departure of Ward G school board trustee Sarah Hoffman, the Edmonton Public School Board (EPSB) has called a by-election to fill the vacancy. Voters living on the east side of Strathcona will be asked to elect a new public school trustee on Monday, September 28, 10am-8pm. Here’s where to vote.

The candidates are:

• Wayde Lever
• Ros Smith
• Bridget Stirling
• Christopher Suchit

You can hear from the candidates at the EPSB meeting September 22. They will all have 3 minutes to speak. This will be broadcast online and also available on the EPSB’s website after the meeting.
