Can you spare an hour this Sunday? The annual arts BBQ is one of our successful on-going events – but we need some volunteers to make it happen! Please let me know if you can help: contact Jeanie at social@strathconacommunity.ca or cell 780-803-0900.

Volunteer jobs:

Set up (2:00 – 3:00)
BBQ – (2 hours)
Food prep (2 hours)
Pot luck organizer (1 hour)
Jumpy castle supervisors (1 hour)
Clean up (6:30 – 7:30)

Potluck BBQ

3:00 to 7:00

Burgers/hot dogs provided. Bring a dish to share. Bring your own plate and cutlery.
Jumpy castle.
Local artists/authors/craftspeople.
Games for kids (if we get a volunteer or two to coordinate – how about you guys out there?)
