Wednesday Night Yoga Resumes at the Hall on January 6, 2016

Yoga can open and strengthen your body, calm  the mind and renew your energy.  Reconnect with your natural state of balance.

Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga styles will alternate from week to week.

Hatha Flow… we warm up slowly, then move into Sun Salutations, Standing Postures, Balances and finally settle our bodies and minds into Seated Postures.   Focus is on alignment, and breathing, building flexibility, strength and stamina.

Yin Yoga… is a very gentle, meditative practice that uses simple postures held from 1 – 3 minutes to sink deep into our joints and connective tissue… where we hold most of our tension.

All levels welcome!

Location:  Strathcona Centre Community League (second floor), 10139 – 87 Avenue

Time:  7 – 8:15 pm

$10/class (prepaid) or $12 drop – in
