Hall Rentals

If you need a hall or a room for your event, consider booking the Strathcona Community League facilities. A lounge, the main hall and a small meeting room are available for rent. The hall is located at 10139 – 87 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta.

Lounge

  • Capacity 60 people
  • Overlooks the End of Steel Park and sunsets over the river valley
  • Amenities include a bar, fireplace, piano, tables and chairs

Main Hall

  • Max. capacity 105; seats 60 to 80 people depending on table arrangement
  • Amenities include hardwood floors, balcony, stage, bar, full kitchen, dishes and cutlery, tables and chairs

Meeting Room

  • Seats 8 to 10 people
  • Amenities include a kitchen

After speaking with the Hall Manager, to complete the booking you will need to provide a rental deposit and complete the Rental Agreement

Community League members of at least 6 months receive a discount on rates.

Rentals are not confirmed until a deposit is made and the rental contract signed.

Rates

  • Additional charges apply for set-up or clean-up day, and kitchen use by caterer
  • Discounts may be available for multiple bookings
  • All renters must purchase third party liability insurance – click here for details
  • Kids’ birthday party rate for members of at least 6 months, Sundays 1pm to 5pm: $50
  • Members of at least 6 months and non-profit groups receive a 25% discount on rates
