The City of Edmonton invites residents to join and share their thoughts on the following application.
An application has been made to rezone 8301 – 99 Street NW. If approved, the rezoning for lots 1 and 2, Block 75, plan 18 would change from (DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision to new (DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision to permit the development of a medium density apartment housing building. The proposal includes:
- Height of 23.0 metres (approx. 6 storeys);
- Floor Area Ratio of 3.0;
- 26 Dwellings; and
- Underground parking.
In addition, an associated application has been made to amend the Strathcona Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) to amend current policy that doest not support development of this height at this location.
