Playgroup

The Strathcona Playgroup hosts a parent-led playgroup once a week in the main hall, 10139 – 87 Avenue, up the ramp on the north side of the building.

Day/time: Every Monday (excluding Holidays), 12:00-2:00 p.m. September 29, 2025 until June 2026 (TBD).

Cost: Free

Requirement: Community League membership required (any league).  To join Strathcona, purchase here.

Register: Not required – just drop in when you can!

Description:

The new Monday baby group is open to parents/caregivers for unstructured play/socializing for ages 0-3. The group will meet from 12-2pm. This group will create a relaxing environment for little ones to crawl, walk or laydown. On occasion, the group may have an activity or provide age-appropriate toys. Please bring any snacks or drinks for you and baby. Breastfeeding is welcome in this space. Please bring a blanket or mat if needed, depending on age.
The room is at the top of the exterior ramp.
