Karen Arnett

Lead Artist

Karen lives and works in the Old Strathcona Community in Edmonton Alberta where she operates KTA Design Consulting.  Karen has a “hands on” approach to design and has built-up a wealth of knowledge about the process of building.  She has the talent of being an “idea” person combined with the skills needed to bring that idea to life.

Along with her design practise Karen has spent many years developing her artistic skill by continuous study and practise.  She is active in the art community and a member of Alberta Society of Artist.  Karen has several commercial installations including a large mosaic located in the lobby of Norquest College and several commercial paintings and murals commissioned by ATCO Gas around Alberta.  When she is not working she can usually be found plaine’air painting with cousin Peggy Arnett, a well-established Canadian artist.  Karen can be contacted by phone at 780-439-3827 or email: ktarnett@telusplanet.net
