Move for Mental Health 2023
Move for Mental Health is back!
Once again, Ritchie CL is challenging all Community Leagues to a Move for Mental Health Challenge!
This inter-league challenge is simple, move for the most minutes from January 15 – February 12!
For this challenge, any kind of movement counts: rolling, walking, yoga-ing, dancing, etc

Results will be available on the Ritchie website in January.
