Strathcona Community League Casino – May 2026

The Strathcona Centre Community League’s next casino fundraising event is on Friday and Saturday, May 29 & 30, 2026.

The casino is a major fundraiser event for the Community League. Casino funds help us perform many services:

maintain the community hall and the skating rink
inform residents about things happening in Strathcona in the Community League News
organize programs and events such as the Mini Folk Fest, learn to skate, pub nights…and so much more!

If you have been thinking about a high-impact way to give back to your community, this is it! No experience is necessary to become a Casino Volunteer!

The casino will be held at Grand Villa Casino Edmonton, 10204 104 Ave NW (Rogers Place).

We will be looking for volunteers to sign up for most positions – a sign-up page will be posted as we get closer to the event. Click here for information about the open casino positions (job descriptions).
