Zoning renewal | Trees, set-backs and lot coverage
The City is proposing to change many of the rules developers and builders have to follow when building in Old Strathcona (and in all of Edmonton).
Greater lot coverage, less green space due to new allowable setbacks, and less room for mature trees. This one size fits all approach is going to significantly impact our mature neighbourhood.
