Old Strath Mini Folk Fest – Celebrating Community League Day

Live music! ! Beverages! Food Trucks! Community!

The Line Up:

• Performers from Backbeat Music –  Kids shouldn’t be forced to learn music because “it’s good for them.” They should be excited to learn music because it’s FUN.
• Alex and Bernie – A couple of neighbourhood dads. They are here to entertain you, and also they will play guitars!
• Gourd – Psych-rock band from Edmonton! Songs range from psychedelic acoustic folk all the way to fuzzed-out garage rock.
• The Night Warblers – Your local backyard folk trio!
• The Kessler Douglas Group – Fueled by a deep well of creative energy and a love for musical dialogue, Douglas creates, interprets, and improvises in a variety of styles and settings. 
• Riwo Egor – My music spans various genres, but if I were to describe my sound in one word, I’d say Fusion.
• Von Bieker – Indie folk to haunt your heart. 
• And …. Borrowed and Blue – For the love of music. Popular tunes, memorably arranged featuring close vocal harmonies.
