Smoke Alarms: Make Them Work For You!

Edmonton Fire Rescue Services will join the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) in recognizing Fire Prevention Week.

Dates: October 6-12, 2024

This year’s theme focuses on the importance of having ‘working’ smoke alarms on all floors of your home. Edmonton Fire Rescue Services will be out in the community reminding residents to test their alarms monthly, change alarm batteries at least once per year and replace alarms entirely every 10 years.
