Stay Informed About Changes in Your Neighborhood

The City of Edmonton has launched a new, free email service to keep residents updated on redevelopment and zoning changes near their homes. Subscribers can add up to five addresses and receive notifications when certain development permits are approved or when rezoning applications are submitted within 60 metres of those properties. 

Updates may include new home construction, additions, new commercial or apartment buildings, business activity changes, home-based businesses (with variances), and digital signs (with variances).
