Full Moon Circle Workshops
Monthly at Strathcona Community Hall.

Join Kaleigh Boyce from Earth City Soul for a 2hr community circle as we connect with the seasons of the earth and the cycles of the moon. These circles involve a gentle yoga practice, a guided meditation, journaling prompts and an optional sharing circle to close. No experience is necessary, only an open mind and heart.
