Final Feedback Mature Neighbourhood Overlay

The City of Edmonton has prepared a revised Mature Neighbourhood Overlay (MNO). The MNO consists of a set of regulations for redevelopments in Edmonton’s mature neighbourhoods. The proposed MNO  is now in the final stage and draft amendments will be presented to the Urban Planning Committee on the February 1st, 2017.

Members of the public, stakeholders, and project collaborators will have a final opportunity to express their opinions on the draft amendments directly to City Council’s Urban Planning Committee.
