Outdoor Soccer Registration – February 24, 2018

2018 outdoor soccer registration for Strathcona community members will take place at the Hazledean Community Hall (9630 66Ave) on February 24, 2018 between 10 am and 2pm. See instructions below, please register online and print your form prior to coming. If you can’t make the session, there will likely be a late registration day.

Please note that there are new age groups for the 2018 Outdoor season, they have switch to odd number groups starting at U5. You can find more information here, including the fees per age group:

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: If your address has changed since you last registered in our soccer system, please contact the ESESA Administrator (admin@southeastsoccer.ca) before registering.

To Register (U7-U19):

1. STEP #1 – Register and Pay Online on the EMSA Soccer Portal System (registration is available now). Print your completed registration form.

2. STEP #2 – Come to a registration session. Please bring:

o Proof of date of birth for your child (birth certificate, passport, or citizenship card, or any government issued identification)

o Community league membership card OR a cheque to purchase a community league membership

o U9-U19: A post-dated uniform deposit cheque for each player ($75 per player. Post-dated June 1, 2018 payable to ESESA)

o U7-U19: A post-dated participation deposit cheque for each family of players ($150 per family. Post-dated June 1, 2018 payable to ESESA)

o Your registration form (printed when you registered online)

To Register (U5):

· STEP #1 – Register and Pay Online on the EMSA Soccer Portal System (registration is available now).

· Uniform deposits and volunteer deposits are not required. Play dates will be determined.
