Final Outdoor Soccer Reminder

We are forming teams on April 11th, afterwards late fees apply and teams may be full depending on the age category. Players born in 2013/2014 can sign-up for new U5 age group.

STEP #1 – Register and Pay Online on the EMSA Soccer Portal System (https://emsasoccerportal.com). Print your completed registration form.

STEP #2 – Proceed to the ESESA office located in the South Soccer Center at 6520 Roper Road during Public Hours Monday – Thursday 10-3. Please bring:

•  Proof of date of birth for your child (birth certificate, passport, or citizenship card, or any government issued identification)
•  Community league membership card OR a cheque to purchase a community league membership
•  U9-U19: A post-dated uniform deposit cheque for each player ($75 per player. Post-dated June 1, 2018 payable to ESESA)
•  U5-U19: A post-dated participation deposit cheque for each family of players ($150 per family. Post-dated June 1, 2018 payable to ESESA)
•  Your registration form (printed when you registered online)
