Reminder: Neighbourhood renewal pop-ups this weekend
Time is running out to provide your feedback on our neighbourhood renewal draft concept plan. The City is hosting three pop-up engagements at parks in Strathcona on Saturday to gather more input on potential changes in our green spaces, and anything else in the plan you’d like to have a say about.
For a reminder of what some of the potential changes are, check out our project page at the City of Edmonton website. You’ll be able to see how the plan has evolved with neighbour feedback and some of the main issues.
This weekend’s pop-up engagements are Saturday, August 11 at:
- Strathcona Rail Community Garden – 11a.m. – 12p.m. (click for map)
- Tubby Bateman Park – 1p.m. – 2p.m (click for map)
- Strathcona Park (at our community hall) 3p.m. – 4p.m. (click for map)
Don’t miss your chance to provide feedback!
If you can’t make it out to these pop-up sessions, but still have thoughts or feedback on neighbourhood renewal, you can email the Building Great Neighbourhoods’ team or working group co-chair Jeff Samsonow: pastpresident[@]strathconacommunity.ca
