Bateman Property Update

Michael Bateman, who is developing the property on the corner of 89th Avenue and 99th St., has told the League that Bateman Properties hopes to demolish the old Wild Earth building in the Fall in order to start construction on the towers in 2019 or 2020.

“We will have a website up in the next few weeks and will be sending out information on that and the project at the same time,” says Bateman. A sales center is planned for March when deposits for future owners will be taken.Depending on how the sales go, they will either start construction in October 2019 or April 2020.

Bateman recognizes that the graffiti on the building is a concern and says that they will cover it as soon as possible.
