Bike Safety at Strathcona Community Hall

If your young ones could use some safety tips and brush-up skills before summer, consider attending a free drop-in bike safety program at our hall. It’s for participants of all ages on 2 wheels (or 4) and families are encouraged to participate together.

Cyclists will enhance their bike safety skills at a variety of stations and games. They can also make a personalized bike plate! The programming is adapted to the age and skill level of riders, and takes place in a contained area (our parking lot). Children under 5 require a parent in attendance.

For those interested, the safety course is Sunday, May 31 at the Strathcona Community Hall (10139 87 Avenue), 10am-1pm.

If you won’t be able to make it on May 31 but still want to participate, the City of Edmonton has other drop-in bike programs in various neighbourhoods in May and June.

*The program may cancel due to inclement weather* *Participants must already be able to ride their bike*
