Car Free Whyte Avenue Project – Survey
Hi there!
My name is Lisa and I work for the City of Edmonton. As you may have heard, the the City is considering a pilot project, in which a portion of Whyte Avenue would be made “Car Free,” allowing for pedestrians to walk on the street for a few hours late at night to help eliminate sidewalk crowding.
The City is seeking feedback from citizens about feasibility, times and locations, through a quick online survey, found here: www.edmonton.ca/carfreewhyteave
We would especially appreciate the feedback of Edmontonians who live in and around the Whyte Avenue area. We are hoping you could help get some important information out to your community, whether through your website, social media accounts, or any other channels.
The survey will remain open until September 5.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Please let me know if you have any questions about the pilot project.
Thank you!
