Climate Change Adaptation – A Panel Discussion Open to the Public
Bring Together Diverse Perspectives on Climate Change
The Edmonton Baha’i Community, with the support of the Strathcona Community League and its Green Committee, is organizing a forum to discuss climate change and how our society can adapt to its effects. This event can be attended in person or online via Zoom.
The event will start with a keynote speech by Dr. Arthur Dahl, President of the International Environmental Forum and a retired Deputy Assistant Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), who will be presenting his speech virtually from Switzerland.
This will be followed by a panel discussion facilitated by Dr. Darren Hedley, Adjunct Professor at the University of Calgary.
