Donation Drive

The Strathcona Centre Community League is gathering Donations for two charities that play a key role in helping those in need in our community (we realize there are many other valuable charities too):
–Old Strathcona Youth Society (OSYS) – an organization that works with high risk and street involved youth aged 14 – 24.
–Bear Clan Patrol whose mandate is to foster community respect and awareness through a caring, dignified, compassionate, committed relationship building, outreach approach.

Please bring any donations to the Hall, south door by the rink (10139 87 Ave):
-December 13 to 17, between 4:00pm and 8:00pm, and
-Friday December 17th at Pub Night 8:00pm to midnight.

Items needed:

-Mitts/gloves
-Socks
-Kleenex (trial size, multiples of 10)
-Toiletries (trial size, multiples of 10)
-Gift cards (multiples of 10 if possible)
-Hand warmers (HotHands, or similar – dollar store ones are best)
