Stormwater facilities may look like a welcoming place for recreation, but underneath the ice, water is constantly moving, making it dangerously unstable. 
Likewise, Mill Creek and the North Saskatchewan River are flowing waterways that can be dangerous.

It’s not worth the risk.
Visit our community rink this winter instead.

For safe skiing, visit any of our local cross country ski trails: Gold Bar Park, Hawrelak Park and Victoria Golf Course.
