Free Community Swim at Commonwealth Rec Centre

FREE Community Swim has STARTED for the season! And don’t forget that your league membership also gets you program discounts at City of Edmonton Recreation Centres across the city!

Strathcona Centre Community League members have Free Community Swim access at Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre (11000 Stadium Rd) during specific hours on both Saturdays and Sundays: (From September 13, 2026 to August 28, 2027)

Saturdays
3 pm – 5 pm

Sundays
1 pm – 3 pm

The Recreation Centre has a 4-lane fitness pool, leisure salt water pool with spray features, water slide, aquatic climbing wall, whirlpool and steam room. Community league members may use the pools as well as the fitness centre during the booked time.

For free admission, swimmers need to show their current SCCL Membership Card. Please arrive early to allow time for staff to check documentation.
