Join instructor Kaliegh Boyce from Earth City Soul for a morning of connection, embodied movement, reflection, and intention-setting.

This full moon in Cancer—the Wolf Moon—gives us an opportunity to reflect on the ways in which we welcome our emotions, nurture and protect our self-care practices and honour our closest relationships in the depths of winter. Together, we will dive into these reflections through embodied movement and journaling prompts – with the invitation to share our insights and come together with greater clarity and connection as a community.
