Get Active | Zumba, Yoga, Urban Pole Walking

Don’t let the cold outside be the reason to slow down your physical and mental fitness. Have a look at the healthy activities below which all take place at Strathcona Community Hall. Most of the classes also offer drop in classes.

  1. YOGA – Sunday Mornings with Dawn Lamothe Sundays from 9:30 – 10:30am
  2. YOGA – Tues/Thurs Mornings with Kyla Fischer Tues and Thurs 9:30 – 10:45am
  3. YOGA – Monday Evenings with Corinne McNally Mondays 7:00 – 8:15pm
  4. YOGA – Kids’ – Early Dismissal on Thursday Afternoons Thursdays 3:00 – 4:00
  5. ZUMBA – Wednesdays with Mel Kidder Wednesdays 6:30 to 7:30pm
  6. Heal Your Life discussion group Saturdays once a month  10:30am to noon
  7. Urban Pole Walking Wednesday mornings 7:30am
