Featuring musical act: Daniel Akira 

Daniel is a third generation, Japanese Canadian artist and educator based in Edmonton. Primarily a percussionist, his current project ‘The Gate’ showcases a mix of four-stringed tenor guitars, ukuleles, and banjos on cinematic instrumental compositions with some of the city’s best jazz and roots musicians.
