Move for Mental Health
This winter, the Ritchie Community League is hosting a three month challenge against all Community Leagues to get outside and get moving.
Physical activity can improve your mood, reduce stress and anxiety and improve your positive mental health.
So whether you walk to the store or shred the mountain slopes, you are boosting your mental health! This challenge runs for three months (January – March) plenty of time to make daily physical activity a habit that will stick.
