Move for Mental Health 2024

Move for Mental Health is back again!
Get moving for this year’s Move for Mental Health Challenge!

The challenge is simple: get moving between January 18 and February 29! 
For this challenge, any kind of movement counts: rolling, walking, yoga-ing, dancing, etc. 

Join our Strava group (https://www.strava.com/clubs/StrathconaCommunity) or email your movement minutes to sport@strathconacommunity.ca to count for our weekly totals. In Strava, please set your Activities in Privacy Controls to “Everyone” or accept a Follow request from Dakota Hanson (Sport and Fitness Director).

For a community goal, anyone who records a total of 15+ hours of activity will be entered to win a prize!
