Prairie Song Folk Club | Mallory Chipman

In November, PSFC welcomes Mallory Chipman, an award-winning singer-songwriter whose remarkable voice, thoughtful songwriting, and genre-defying musicality have established her as one of Canada’s most compelling contemporary folk artists. Her acclaimed 2024 album Songs to a Wild God reached #1 on CKUA, climbed to #5 on the Folk Alliance International Chart, and has been featured by NPR and SiriusXM.  

Warming up the stage for Mallory will be Megan Lange, an Edmonton-based singer-songwriter whose music blends folk roots with modern indie soundscapes, carried by her silky, ethereal vocals and thoughtful songwriting. Drawing on a background in classical piano and jazz, she crafts songs that balance timeless melodies with quiet vulnerability.
