Programs

Recreation Programs are offered throughout the year for all ages and abilities. All programs aim to develop skills, promote healthy lifestyles, engage imagination and improve quality of life.

A current Strathcona Community Centre League (SCCL) Membership is required to participate in Strathcona Community Centre Programs.

Drop-In and Registered League Programs

Programs such as the Strathcona Playgroup and City of Edmonton’s Green Shack operate on a drop-in basis and are free for Community League members.

League programs require pre-registration and fees are to be paid online (credit card or debit). A minimum of six full registrations is typically required for the cost-effective delivery of a program. Refunds will be issued if a specific program is cancelled.

If you would like to participate in a registered program but cost is a barrier, please email programs@strathconacommunity.ca for subsidy options.

Programs and Classes Offered by Tenants

The League rents space in the hall to instructors and organizations such as Free Play for Kids to offer classes and workshops.
