Public Meeting: Urban Green Co-Housing Proposal

The City of Edmonton is hosting a public meeting the evening of Wednesday, April 13 on the application for re-zoning submitted by the Urban Green Co-Housing group.

The group is asking to re-zone four lots on 88 Avenue, between 101 and 102 Street for a multi-unit residential project that will rise six storeys, cascading down to lower heights west to east. Among the items to be considered for the project is that the current Strathcona Area Development Plan (or, ARP) limits building heights to four storeys.
