Reminder: Pre-Construction Meeting for 2019 Neighbourhood Renewal

Drop by the next Strathcona Neighbourhood Renewal event to learn what construction will look like in the community this year, and what’s planned for the next three years.

What: Pre-Construction Meeting

When: Monday, March 4, 2019, 5pm-8pm (drop-in format)

Where: Strathcona Community Hall, 10139 87 Avenue

This year, construction is planned for areas of west and central Strathcona between 107 and 101 Streets south of 89 Avenue. 107 and 101 Street and portions of 88 and 89 Avenues around 101 Street will also undergo construction. (See Strathcona Renewal construction map, 2019)

At this event, you can:

• Learn about what construction will look like on your front street
• Ask questions about how construction impacts your property
• Learn about how to access your home during construction of streets and sidewalks
• Meet the project manager for construction

You will also have the opportunity to learn about the construction plans for 2019, 2020 and 2021 and meet the project manager for the project.

Light refreshments and children’s activities will be provided.
