Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF food drive

This upcoming October 29th, the University of Alberta’s Campus UNICEF team is planning the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF fundraising drive, which aims to collect canned goods and non-perishable items to support the Edmonton Food Drive!
At this event, University of Alberta student volunteers will be able to relive their youth by going house-to-house “trick-or-treating” for donations.
They are asking Strathcona residents to leave any canned goods and non-perishable food items outside their homes for pick up between 5:30pm – 8:00pm.
Here is a list of the most needed items:
- Canned beans
- Canned fish or meat
- Baby formula
- Peanut butter
- Healthy school snacks (100% real fruit juice, granola bars, fruit cups)
- Soup
- Canned fruit or vegetables
- Pasta and pasta sauce
