A public meeting will be held at the Strathcona Centre Community League hall (10139 – 87 Avenue) on

Monday, June 16, 2014 at 7:30

to tell you about the vision, design principles, plans and timeline for the multifamily housing project Urban Green is planning to build on four lots on 88 Avenue in Old Strathcona. We also want a chance to hear your responses and concerns before we apply for rezoning.

Cohousing is a unique form of housing that combines the autonomy of privately owned individual units with shared common areas. Cohousing developments are designed and built by the people who plan to live in them. Our cohousing development will be a small intergenerational community that hopes to contribute to and be part of the life of the wonderful, larger Old Strathcona community.
