We’re back – Move for Mental Health Strathcona!
Starting February 6, the Move for Mental Health challenge is back, but this time it’s a Strathcona Community Challenge. We won’t be competing with other communities.
Our collective goal is to reach 3,500 km and 24,000 cals in 8 weeks.
We will post a leaderboard once a week and celebrate the members with the highest km’s or cal’s.
Physical activity can improve your mood, reduce stress and anxiety and improve your positive mental health.
So get moving Strathcona!
