Gala-Palooza is ONE NIGHT ONLY 

June 22 (Doors Open at 7pm and show starts at 7:30pm)

Proceeds going toward Workshop West Playwrights Theatre in an effort to bring you an even more spectacular 2024/2025 season. 

We invite you to this interactive evening to witness the creation of 2 brand new plays, created before your very eyes, in our very own Theatrical Thunderdome where local playwrights Kristine Nutting (Of Love and Wheat) and Trevor Schmidt (Robot Girls, The Watermelon Girls) will be competing to be audience favorite. There will also be musical performances by our Springboards Composer, and musical genius, Lindsey Walker (who was voted Edmonton’s Best Solo Artist 2017 -Vue Weekly), new-commer and wickedly talented Aran Wilson-McAnally (Horseplay, Springboards 2024), plus a sneak peak at a new play by Sterling Award Winner Jayce McKenzie and others!
