Gentle Yoga dates and time

  • Dates: Mondays, May 4 – June 29, 2026
    No class on May 18, Victoria Day
    8 classes
  • Time: 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm
  • Location: 10140 86 Avenue, Upper hall (use the ramp on the north side of the building)
  • Fee: $102.00 for complete session ($173 combined rate for both Gentle & Hatha Flow Yoga)
    Single class (or multiples): $15.00 per class

Hatha Flow Yoga dates and time

  • Dates: Thursdays, May 7 – June 25, 2026
    8 classes
  • Time: 9:30 am – 10:45 am
  • Location: 10140 86 Avenue, Upper hall (use the ramp on the north side of the building)
  • Fee: $102 for complete session ($173 combined rate for both Gentle & Hatha Flow Yoga)
    Single class (or multiples): $15.00 per class

Chair Yoga dates and time

  • Dates: Wednesdays, May 6 – June 24, 2026  
    6 classes
  • Time: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
  • Location: 10140 86 Avenue, Upper hall (use the ramp on the north side of the building)
  • Fee: 90.00 for complete session
    Single class (or multiples): $15.00 per class

Requirements and Registration
Requirements: Valid Community League membership (any league). Bring your own yoga mat and props, please refrain from wearing scented products.

Yoga is a holistic practice that can open and strengthen your body, revitalize your energy, and bring peace to your mind. These classes are perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, and are taught in a friendly and supportive environment. Corinne lives in Old Strathcona and has been teaching yoga for over 16 years.

Chair Yoga is a gentle class, especially suited for those who prefer not to be down on the floor. All yoga postures will be done seated on a chair or standing, using the chair to help with support and balance. This class offers a well-rounded variety of modified yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation designed to leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, calm, and energized.

Participation in most programs requires a Community League membership (more info below)
